It also has excellent soft saturation characteristics to withstand higher peak current, extremely low magnetic core loss, and high power conversion efficiency.

CPEX3231A series super high current inductor designed with flat wire, and the utilization rate of the magnetic core winding window area is greater than 80%. Therefore, it can reduce the DC resistance of the winding to get lower coil losses and increase the rated current.

CPEX3231A series high current power inductors with saturation current up to 86.00A and the DCR as low as 0.88mΩ can achieve high power efficiency and no thermal aging problem in high-temperature applications.
