Many 3M materials can be laser cut to specific specifications and manufacturing needs.

Laser cut parts can be found in LED lighting, PCB cards, LCDs, and handheld devices. Some common laser cut products include Kapton tapes for solder masking, double coated tapes for bonding/assembly, and thermal management tapes that pair with heat sinks/cooling devices.
