Littelfuse's series of silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky diodes has negligible reverse recovery current, high surge capability, and a maximum operating junction temperature of 175°C. These diodes are ideal for applications where improvements in efficiency, reliability, and thermal management are desired. Offerings in three voltages of 650 V, 1200 V, and 1700 V make these SiC Schottky diodes suitable for a wide range of power applications.
