Bourns multilayered varistors protect low-voltage sensitive electronics against high-voltage surges
Bourns' BVR series low-voltage multilayered varistors are designed to protect sensitive electronic devices against high-voltage surges in low-voltage regions. They offer excellent transient energy absorption due to improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation. The BVR series is available from 5.5 VDC to 18 VDC working voltages in 0805, 1206, 1210, and 1812 packages and is typically applied to protect integrated circuits and other components at the circuit board level.
