FRDM-MCXN947 marks the return, with enhancements, of the flexible, low-cost, and scalable FRDM platform introduced by Freescale/NXP in the past that is extremely popular with engineers. Inside the box is the corresponding board with a USB-C cable and quick start guide. MCX is designed to address the challenges engineers face while developing for the edge. Designed for use with low power and autonomous peripherals that reduce CPU load, power consumption, and feature comprehensive support through the MCUXpresso Developer Experience. The N series FRDM board also has a touch pad, an RJ-45 jack for Ethernet, headers for CAN, and a spot to add a microSD card slot on the back.
