SAM L22 Microcontrollers from Atmel are a low power, ARM Cortex-MO based microcontroller. The SAM L22 operates with a maximum frequency of 32 MHz allowing it to reach 2.46 Coremark MHz. The SAM L22 features includes flash up to 256 kB, SRAM up to 32 kB and also contains a full speed USB 2.0 device as well as a 12-bit ADC with up to 20 channels. This microcontroller is idea for automation of IoT, HMI, building automation, smartmetering, and any other application needing a flexible and scalable microcontroller.
