TSC’s TLD5S/6S/8S series offers a working standoff voltage range of 10 V to 43 V, excellent clamping capability of 17 V to 69.4 V, and reliable thermal performance (TJMAX) of +175°C. These TVS devices are AEC-Q101 qualified, halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant.
