T-Global silicone-based TG-A1800L and TG-A3200L series thermal pads offer long-term, reliable performance with minimal oil bleed. These low bleed thermal pads incorporate high performance and maintained stability alongside advanced oil bleed technology. This series minimizes silicone oil bleeds, making them ideal for use in demanding environments with continuous operation at high temperatures.
The migration of silicone oil from the pad is known as oil bleed. It can be a significant issue in certain environments, including optronics and automotive applications, as it can contaminate silicone-sensitive components, impacting overall performance and reliability.

- Available in 1.8 W/mK (TG-A1800L) and 3.2 W/mK (TG-A3200L)
- Low oil-bleed:
- Pad retains its constituent oils over time, maintaining its integrity and reducing the potential for oil bleed affecting the surrounding components
- Available in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 8.0 mm
- Ultra soft and high compressibility:
- Soft thermal pads conform to the microscopic irregularities between the mating surfaces
- Ultra-soft thermal pads fill voids more effectively, ensuring better surface contact and optimized heat transfer
