Swissbit’s F-800 series SLC-based CFast cards address the rising demand for boot drives and removable data storage. These CFast cards feature high-quality SLC Flash technology, a DRAM-less industrial Flash controller, and optimized firmware. The F-800 series is a cost-effective solution for industrial systems or other embedded use cases where performance, data and system reliability, power fail protection, and flexibility are important design considerations.

Industrial temperature range: -40°C to +85°C and commercial temperature range -0°C to +70°C
2 GB to 64 GB densities
DRAM-less Flash memory controller specifically designed for demanding industrial applications and high value
High-performance SLC NAND Flash technology
Compliant with the SATA III 6 Gb/s interface backward compatible to SATA II and SATA I
Sequential data rates of up to 320 MB/s for read and 168 MB/s for writes
Excessively tested and proven product architecture including background media refresh at each power-up, end-to-end data path protection, SRAM ECC, subpage based Flash translation layer (FTL), and optional security functionality AES-128/256 encryption and TCG Opal
