A large 1 MB Flash with dual-bank architecture and in-field update capability enables higher performance applications that can be updated after product deployment. The MCUs feature a rich set of digital and analog peripherals, and are software compatible with the full range of EFM32 microcontrollers and wireless Gecko SoCs, enabling broad software reuse and reduced development time.
