All wire form fan guards are produced in Qualtek's ISO 9001 certified facility to assure compliance to their rigid specifications. These guards are available for fan sizes 60 mm to 120 mm and feature a high-quality electro-deposition coating which provides a smooth, uniform layer of coating on the surface of the guards.

  • Material: C1008 bright basic wire
  • Finish: black electro-deposited coating
  • 0.35 ±0.05 depth of serrations on wire
  • Ring: Ø1.6 ±0.1 mm to 1.8 ±0.1 mm
  • Rib: Ø1.6 ±0.1 mm to 2.3 ±0.1 mm
  • General tolerance unless noted is ±0.5 mm
  • RoHS compliant
