The products are available as intelligent motor controllers or integrated three-phase gate drivers. Both product types integrate all essential analog and power management peripherals with a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 or M4F microcontroller unit (MCU) and a 44 V to 600 V input voltage capability.
