ECQ-UB Series Film Capacitors

Panasonic's ECQ-UB series safety standard approved metalized polypropylene film capacitors are class X1-Rated and Class Y2-Rated and benefit from Panasonic’s original in-house patterned metallization process with a fuse mechanism function. This unique technology delivers stable capacitance level over the product lifetime and higher reliability of the application.

The ECQ-UB series film capacitors feature an operating temperature range of -40°C to +110°C, a rated voltage of 300 V_AC, and a nominal capacitance range of 0.001 µF up to 1.0 µF. A flame-retardant plastic case and non-combustible resin are utilized leading to accreditation in accordance with UL/CSA and European safety regulations for Class X1 and Class Y2. All the products are fully RoHS and REACH Compliant.

The ECQ-UB series film capacitors offer high humidity resistance (THB test: +85°C, 85% RH, 275 V_AC, for 500 hours).

Functioning as interference suppression capacitors, the ECQ-UB series parts are ideal for a broad spectrum of applications including industrial power supplies, UPS/chargers, PV inverters, LED lighting and especially in applications where long-term outdoor use is required.
