Groove-Loc™ Board-Level Shielding
Orbel's board-level shielding solution is ideal for prototyping and low to medium-production-volume shielding applications
Orbel Corporation's Groove-Loc series offers an excellent solution for prototyping and testing PCB shielding requirements. The fence strips can be easily bent by hand into any rectangular shape without special tools, and any excess can be manually removed. The fence comes with a custom-made mating cover for a precise fit. The Groove-Loc features dimples on the fence and corresponding grooves on the cover to simplify installation and securely lock the cover in place. Orbel uses a highly solderable and corrosion-resistant nickel-silver alloy for the Groove-Loc, making it perfect for prototyping various shield sizes and configurations, as well as for shielding applications in low to medium production volumes.
