Mill-Max Maxnetic series 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch magnetic spring-loaded connectors are engineered to deliver next-generation connectivity specifically for ever-shrinking electronic devices and their demanding applications.

Addressing the critical market need for reliable, compact, and quick-mating interconnects, these connectors combine the robust performance of Mill-Max spring-loaded (pogo) pins and mating target pins with the convenience of magnetic retention. The design ensures a secure, electrical connection with a low-profile stack height of just 0.430" (10.9 mm).

The core benefit of the Maxnetic series is zero force mating. The connectors feature polarized neodymium magnets and orientation features on the bodies that pull the halves together, guaranteeing self-alignment and preventing mismating. This makes them ideal for blind mating situations or repeated docking cycles.

Engineered for rigorous environments, the Maxnetic connectors utilize gold-plated terminal pins for excellent mechanical and electrical performance. They are robustly designed for applications across medical, industrial, military, and automated manufacturing sectors, where reliable and stress-free connections are paramount, and space requirements are minimal. The magnetic retention is strong; for example, the 2-position connector maintains a maximum separation force of 1.6 pounds (726 grams).
