DO-218AB High Power TVS
MCC introduces DO-218AB a high-power transient voltage suppressor for automotive load dump protection application
By adopting special structure design, the DO-218AB high-power TVS from MCC can survive under longer pulse width surge current; this characteristic makes them more suitable for automotive load dump protection application. The 175°C junction temperature glass passivated chip will make the parts behave more reliably and more robustly during application.
