This series features leakage currents ranging from ‐1 pA (SSTPAD1) to ‐100 pA (SSTPAD100) to support a wide range of applications. These devices are ideally suited for use in applications such as input protection for operational amplifiers.

  • Power reduction in diode-based op amp circuits as listed above. Low leakage diodes will allow associated resistors to be scaled upwards.
