IT Series Dispensing Tips

Jensen Global's IT series dispensing tips are manufactured with a polypropylene Luer Lock hub and a UV-bonded stainless steel cannula. This disposable line of blunt tips is available in gauge sizes 12 to 34 and is offered in various lengths. IT series dispensing tips are color-coded in accordance with international color code standards. All tips are made in a silicone-free environment and do not contain sodium or chloride. Tips are intended for industrial use only. They are not sterile and should not be used for medical purposes. Each tip type is available in either a box of 50 or a bulk bag of 1000.

The standard tips offer a polished cannula and burr-free design that provide the user accuracy and durability with a polypropylene Luer Lock hub and 304 stainless steel cannula.

The tapered tips are manufactured using the highest quality standards and the tightest possible tolerances. They have a high-density mold with a double-helix thread. This all-plastic tapered design is to reduce backpressure. The tapered tips offer scratch-free protection which is ideal when working with sensitive parts.

The angled tips are angled at 45 or 90 degrees. The bend is made at 3/16” (4.763 mm) from the tip for 0.5”, at 1/4” (6.350 mm) for 1.0”, and at 5/16” (7.948 mm) for 1.5” long tips. The polished cannula and burr-free design provide the user accuracy and durability with a polypropylene hub and 304 stainless steel cannula.
