Contactor for High Power Switching – HCC Series

The primary function of Hartland Controls/Littelfuse contactors is to make and break the power running through the power supply lines. A remote controlled and electrically operated switch consisting of one or more pairs of contacts serves to open and close external circuits. Hartland Controls uses high quality materials that meet industry standards, like NEMA insulation, UL, CE/Semko, and CSA safety standards, and silver-based contacts that combine highly thermal and electrically conductive silvers with other metals or metal oxides, such as nickel, cadmium oxide, or silver tin oxide, which provide good resistance to oxidation and tarnishing of contacts leading to a longer contactor life. Offered in a wide range of open contact options like single pole/single throw (SPST), double pole/single throw (DP/ST), and triple pole/single throw (3P/ST) make these contactors an industry workhorse for HVAC, HVACR to EV charging systems, or anywhere a contactor needs to meet harsh conditions, such as rapid cycling, sustained overloads, and low system voltages.
