Image of Same Sky's 12-Bit and 14-Bit Absolute Encoders Same Sky AMT absolute encoders are a highly rugged and accurate position feedback solution, thanks to their capacitive sensing technology. The innovative platform offers resiliency to the dirt, dust, and oil typically encountered in motion applications. Outputting 12 bits or 14 bits of absolute position information with SSI, SPI, or RS-485 communication protocols, these absolute encoders feature low current draw, compact packages, simple assembly, and come available with up to nine different sleeve bore options, making them ideal for battery-powered industrial, robotics, and automation applications where durability, flexibility, and power consumption are critical.
