This vacuum-through-positive pressure range makes the PS60 ideal for application in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, pneumatic equipment, analyzers, and medical devices. With the PS60, a plug-in connector is provided for easy installation, and the compact housing offers space saving convenience. A non-display-mode conserves energy while data is protected by a panel-lock system. The PS60 can be mounted on DIN rails as shown in the image.
