RGC1P Series Solid-State Contactors with Proportional Control
Carlo Gavazzi’s RGC1P series single-phase contactors feature proportional output control
Carlo Gavazzi's RGC1P is an innovative series of solid-state contactors that can control the output power of single-phase loads through an analog control input. Control input can be achieved either with current input (4 mA to 20 mA) or voltage input (0 V to 5 V, 1 V to 5V, 0 V to 10 V, or by using an external potentiometer). Switching modes are easily selected using a knob for phase angle control, full-cycle control, and advanced full-cycle control specific for short wave infrared heaters and soft starting by limiting the inrush current of loads having a high-temperature coefficient. The output of the RGC1P is protected against overvoltage by an integrated varistor. Two LEDs indicate the status of the load and the control operation.

- Integrated heat sink with optional fan
- Integrated MOV protection on output
- Load ON LED indication
- 100 kA short circuit current rating according to UL508
