Image of Bertech's Black Polyimide TapesBlack polyimide tapes by Bertech are made of 1 mil thick semi-transparent polyimide film with 1.5 mil thick silicone adhesive. They offer excellent thermal resistance and electrical insulating properties. These black polyimide tapes are used to protect components in wave soldering, anodizing, powder coating, and 3D printing. They are also used in applications where high-temperature masking is required. They are packaged on a 3" core and are 36 yards long.
