Built on a low-power fab process, it features an enhanced FPGA fabric with up to 301K logic elements, integrated high-speed transceivers, and variable-precision DSP blocks. The SoC variants integrate an Arm®-based hard processor system (HPS) with dedicated memory controllers and high-bandwidth interconnects, offering seamless communication between the processor and FPGA fabric.
