The overall efficiency for the ADP210x family is very high across the entire load band. High light-load efficiency is gained by operating in Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) Mode while high full-load efficiency is gained by using the largest power devices and careful design. In specific applications, efficiency can be further improved by using large sized inductors with low DCRs (DC Resistances).
