PS508/PS509 CMOS Analog Multiplexers

Diodes' PS508 and PS509 series are complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) 36 V high voltage analog multiplexers. The PS508 offers an 8:1 single-ended channel, whereas the PS509 offers a differential 4:1 or a dual 4:1 single-ended channel. These devices work equally well with either dual supplies (±5 V to ±18 V) or a single supply (10 V to 36 V). The devices also perform well with symmetric supplies and un-symmetric supplies (V_DD = 12 V, V_SS = -5 V).

All digital control inputs have TTL-logic compatible thresholds, ensuring both TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when operating in the valid supply voltage range. The target applications for the PS508 and PS509 series are data acquisition cards, multi-channel data acquisition systems, and process controls and instrumentation. They are available in multiple packages including 16-pin TSSOP, 16-pin QSOP, and 16-pin SOIC.
