MCX L14 Ultra-Low Power Microcontrollers — Coming Soon!

NXP MCX L14 ultra-low power Arm® Cortex®-M33 MCUs with autonomous sense domain for compact sensor designs

Image of NXP Semiconductors MCX L14 Ultra-Low Power MicrocontrollersNXP MCX L14 ultra-low power MCUs are ideal for always-on sensor applications requiring minimal energy consumption and compact memory configurations. They integrate an Arm Cortex-M33 core running up to 48 MHz with an autonomous Arm Cortex-M0+ sense domain operating up to 10 MHz, enabling low power peripheral activity while the main core remains in deep power down.

The dual domain architecture supports physical separation of sensing, processing, and communication tasks in energy constrained industrial and commercial systems.
