Compact Nano-Fit connectors from Molex solve this challenge by providing fully protected header terminals in a small package. Another common issue for design engineers is meeting the requirement to use multiple headers of the same circuit size on one PCB, which complicates assembly and risks mis-mating a receptacle to the wrong header. Nano-Fit connectors address this with multiple mechanical keying options and color-coding logic, reducing cross-mating risk while improving assembly efficiency. Additionally, Nano-Fit connectors offer a 20 AWG UL1569/1007 option, expanding flexibility for power applications.
